- 1929 Construcciones Devis
- 1947 merger with the Catalan company Material para ferrocarril y Construcciones gave rise to MACOSA (Material y Construcciones SA)
- 1989 the multinational group known today as Alstom took control of the company
- 1997 moved to the modern Albuixech, Valencia, plant
- 2005 March 31, Vossloh AG completed its acquisition of the company, which was then renamed Vossloh España
- 2016 January 1st, Stadler Rail AG took over the Spanish locomotive business from Vossloh in Valencia
