Former Preisich Sanatorium. A villa,-built in 1906-1908,-bought by Kornél Preisch, pediatrician, chief physician, hospital director and remodelled to children's sanatorium for children with lung disease, opened in 1929. After nationalization 1940s owned by Ministry of Interior till 1958. After that tuberculosis and mentally ill people were treated here. It was closed in 1978. In 1979, it was reopened as an outpatient psychotherapy clinic. in 1984 as an inpatient department. First it belonged to the National Institute of Medical Rehabilitation (OORI). It was reopened as an inpatient department in 1984. It has been vacant since 2009. - between Szilassy Road and Janka Road, Zugliget neighborhood, 12th district of Budapest.
