Former?/Partly? MÁV Directorate building. Built to Beck house Architect Ferenc Povolny, Neoclassical style, between 1828 and 1835. Remodelled to Dégenfeld-Tisza Mansion in Eclectic style in 1890. Two storey three steets and a square bordered, blocklike building with two enclosed courtyards. Plaque to Lajos Zamenhof on facade Listed. In the early 2020s here are among others: bank branch, pub, wine bar, restaurant, train ticket office - 18 Piac Street = 2-4(?) Rózsa Street, Zamenhof Street and Dósa NádorSquare, Inner City, Debrecen, Hajdú-Bihar County, Hungary.
