See also category: Diapering in heraldry.Français : Le paillé héraldique consiste en un champ de sinople, parfois d'azur chargé d'anneaux d'or réunis par des arabesques. Ces anneaux renferment des aiglettes ou des lionceaux d'or également.
Il représente une étoffe byzantine appréciée dans l'Europe médiévale.
