In New Orleans culture, a "Tumble" is a combination small parade/pub crawl, with a jazz band and revelers, often costumed, forming a roving party going from bar to bar. These are usually held to mark holidays or special events, most commonly in the French Quarter or Faubourg Marigny neighborhoods.
