English: USA-247, also known as NRO launch 39 (NROL-39 or simply L-39), is a National Reconnaissance Office radar imaging satellite named Topaz 3. It was orbited by an Atlas V 501 rocket, launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base Space Launch Complex 3E on 6 December 2013.
