Čeština: Pamětní deska popraveným příslušníkům Sboru národní bezpečnosti se nachází na fasádě v podloubí před vstupem do budovy Policejního prezidia České republiky na adrese Strojnická 935/27, 170 89 Praha 7 – Holešovice. Kovová deska s hnědým podkladem a s pozlaceným písmem obsahuje příjmení, jména, data narození a úmrtí dvaceti pěti příslušníků SNB popravených komunistickým totalitním režimem v letech 1948 až 1989 za to, že organizovali útěky osob přes hranice nebo se podíleli na III. odboji jako členové protikomunistických skupin.

English: The memorial plaque to executed members of the National Security Corps (SNB) is located on the facade in the arcade in front of the entrance to the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic at the address Strojnická 935/27, 170 89 Prague 7 - Holešovice. The metal plaque with a brown background and gilded lettering contains the surnames, names, dates of birth and deaths of twenty-five SNB members executed by the communist totalitarian regime between 1948 and 1989 for organising escapes across the border or for participating in the Third Resistance as members of anti-communist groups.
