The letter "V" or "Ⓥ" with a leaf at one end, known as the V-Label, is the most widely known symbol for vegetarian and vegan food, products, lifestyle products, companies, organisations etc. Alledgedly it was first used by it:Associazione vegetariana italiana (AVI) [1],[2], and since is being widely used in many variations.
