Kadayıf with milk (Turkish: Sütlü kadayıf) is the summertime version of "Tel Kadayıf" in Turkey. It is sweetened with cold or warm and sugared milk, instead of hot "şerbet" (liquidized table sugar). It is much lighter than the "classical" Tel kadayıf.
