Joyce Rosalind Aryee was born on the 27th of March, 1947 in the Ashanti Region of Ghana as daughter of a Ga father and a Fanti mother. She is a politician from Ghana and was 1985 - 2001 minister of different prelacies in the Ghanaian PNDC military government under Flight-Lieutenant Rawlings and in the first both governments of the the Fourth Republic of Ghana (1992 – 2001). Beside of her political charges she filled (and is filling) different economical and churchy positions. She is member of the National Democratic Congress, a political party in Ghana since 1992.
