Juli 1943 in Prag) ist ein tschechischer Saxophonist/Jazz-Flötist und war von 1997 bis einschließlich 2007 künstlerischer Leiter des Jazzfestivals Jazz Meeting Berlin und ist seit 2009 der Initiator und Künstlerischer Leiter des Festivals Europe Blues Train. Er ist seit 2013 auch Vorsitzender des Vereins Pro Arte Vivendi

Čeština: Joe Kučera, rodné jméno Josef Kučera (* 8. července 1943, Praha, Protektorát Čechy a Morava) je český jazzový saxofonista a flétnista. V roce 1997 založil jazzový festival Jazzmeeting Berlin a do roku 2007 byl jeho uměleckým ředitelem. Nyní je organizátorem a uměleckým ředitelem festivalu Europe Blues Train, který založil v roce 2009. Sestrou Josefa Kučery je grafička Alena Kučerová.
