The Holland Plaza Building, now known as One Hudson Square, at 75 Varick Street with facades on Canal, Hudson and Watts Streets in the TriBeCa neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built c.1930 and was designed by Ely Jacques Kahn in the classical-modern style. It is intended to be the site of the Jackie Robinson Museum.
