The Flynn Theatre at 153 Main Street between St. Paul and Church Streets in Burlington, Vermont was built in 1930 in the Art Deco style and was designed by Newell and Rand of Boston. The main theatre has a capacity of 1,800. The theatre is part of the City Hall Park Historic District. (Source:[1])
