English: The Europa was a full-rigged ship built 1854 by Johann Lange ,Vegesack for D. H. Wätjen & Co, Bremen. The launch was on April 25, 1854, the length of the keel was 44.6 m, width 10.2 m, was measured at 374 Commerzlasten (864 NRT). 1867 she was sold to Reederei John Friedr. Arens, Bremen and sold 1884 to J. Ingmansson, Elle Holm (Sweden). 1890 the ship was lost.[1]
