English: The Epler Block between Columbia and Marion Sts on 2nd Avenue, Seattle, built in 1890 by realtor William F. Epler, was home to the Hotel Leland. More at http://pcad.lib.washington.edu/building/6154/
. It was demolished in 1923 and replaced by the Bank of California Building, a current city landmark.
