English: Dzifa Attivor was born on the 22nd of February, 1956 in the Volta Region of Ghana. She has worked from 1976 to 2003 for the Bank of Ghana and was the Ghanaian Deputy Minister for Transport 2009 - January 2012 (resignation). She is the incumbent Minister of Transport of the Ghanaian government of the President Mahama since February 2012. She was the candidate of the Ghanaian National Democratic Congress at the Parliamentary Elections 2008 in Ghana for the constituency of the Ho West District, but lost to her challenger.
