English: The Dongfeng Expressway broken bridge is a bridge crossing the Dajia river near Dongshi District in the eastern part of Taichung, but it remained unfinished for many years and becomes what looks like a broken bridge. The 10-km Dongshi-Fengyuan Expressway route will pass through Dongshi, Shigang, and Fengyuan. The route debate has gripped the Shigang area since the mid-2010s and has caused disputes between the government and residents, then about December 2018 construction halted (which include the bridge described in this category) due to the EIA law.
