English: The Crown of Germany was a four-masted steel barque built in 1892 by Workman, Clark & Co., Belfast for W. Gibson & Co., Belfast. Her dimensions were: length × beam × depth = 284.4 × 41.8 × 24.4 ft (86.6 × 12.7 × 7.4 m) and she had a tonnage of 2241 GRT and 2154 NRT. 1893 she sold to J. Reid, Belfast and 1900 to Potter Bros, London. In 1910 she sold to Knöhr & Burchard, Hamburg, was renamed Fischbek and wrecked in the same year at False Cove near Thetis Bay at the straits of Le Marie.[1][2]
