Colourful City Group (Budapest) Colorful City colors public spaces. From the very beginning a civil project. Coloring up public spaces in a legal way was unknown before 2008, the time we launched the initiative of Colorful City Project. Based on Victor Vasarely's Colorful City concept, published in 1983. Their lightpainting partner is LaLuz Visuals, the pedagogical partner is PPP. City skylineː often grey and alienating. They look for neglected arteries of the city with large pedestrian traffic. These are in their main focus, which they would like to color up with contemporary or/and functional pieces of art, making it kinder and nicer for the local community.

Artistsː Carlos Breakone (Mesterházy Károly)
