English: Cloonshanville Priory was, according to the Hibernica Dominicana by T. de Burgo, founded by MacDermot Roe as house of Dominican friars in 1385 and dedicated to the Holy Cross. It was dissolved c. 1577. The site is located very close to the town of Frenchpark in County Roscommon. See Gwynn and Hadcock: Medieval Religious Houses Ireland, p. 223.
