English: The Chamber of Commerce Building located at 65 Liberty Street between Nassau Street and Broadway in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City was built in 1900-01 to house the Chamber of Commerce of the State of New York, which occupied it until 1980. The building was restored in 1990-91 by Haines Lundberg Waehler and became the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
