Built and frescoed in 1915 by the painter Augusto Sezanne. The house is located in the middle of Campo San Samuele, leaning against the campanile of the church, between Palazzo Grassi and Palazzo Malipiero. It stretches over three floors with a mezzanine in the attic that opens on the left side of the building with a terrace overlooking the campo. The gutter line ends on the three sides with nice wooden buttresses. On the facade facing the Grand Canal, on the first floor, there is a central mullioned window with small balcony overhanging, accompanied by four mullioned windows, two on each side. While the second floor is pleasant to note that the number of windows is equal but the combination varies: in the center always the three (smaller) monofore and beside four (larger) monofore to accommodate each a small projecting balcony, of which the two outer, revolving around the corner of the house.
