English: The Canyon Dam is a hydroelectric dam in Sri Lanka. It powers the New Laxapana Power Station. Water from the Maskeliya Dam is discharged into the Canyon Reservoir created by the dam, through the Canyon Power Station located immediately upstream of the dam.
