English:  : Seven storey building (called also Rákosi-udvar Rákosi Yard named after first owner)planned by Dezső Reiner built in eclectic style, implementer/constructer by Tibor Wellisch, invested by Jakab Rákos and his wife Berta Weiller. It was 'Csikágó' (a messy area nicknamed are after Chicago) most elegant building with hundred rentable flats, two courtyards. Residents were doctors, factory directors, officials and actors. One of its courtyard is built over a cinema, now theater auditorium. On the roof a WWII bunker can be found. Because it was the highest place from here could be kept under fire all af the neighbourhood. Now a sizeable mobile phone base station also located here, and this is a good viewpoint too. - 3 Bethlen Gábor tér square, 7th district of Budapest.
Magyar:  : A Rákosi-udvarként is ismert százlakásos hétemeletes bérpalota építésekor Csikágó legimpozánsabb épülete volt. Lakói között orvosok, gyárigazgatók. tisztviselők és színészek is voltak. A II. világháborúban lőállást építettek az épület tetejére ezen jelenleg egy méretes mobil átjátszótorony van a betonbunker mellett. Remek kilátópont. A ház Móricz Zsigmond és Békés Pál regényeit valamint több filmet is inspirált. A két udvara közül a kisebbik az egykori mozi jelenleg színház teteje. A pince: két egymásból nyíló légoltalmi óvohely valamint a színház hűtését biztosítő csőrendszer is található (számos nagy üres helységgel együtt) Kutató: Márton Ildikó.
