Deutsch: Gründung 1918 als Bayerische Sprengstoff AG durch Zusammenschluß der Firmen Cahücitwerke Louis Cahüc in Nürnberg und Neumarkt (Sprengstofffabriken) und der Vereinigte Pulverfabriken Rosenheim und Parsberg Franz Winterholler mit Werken in Stefanskirchen, Thansau und Parsberg (Pulverfabriken). Produziert wurden außerdem Superphosphate, kohlensaurer Kalk und Mischdünger. Mitte 1919 umbenannt wie oben. 1926 Verkauf der Werke Neumarkt und Parsberg. 1927 trat die AG in Liquidation, die mehrere Jahrzehnte in Anspruch nahm, für die Aktionäre blieb am Ende nichts übrig.
