AriZona Beverages USA LLC (also known as AriZona Beverage Company LLC or Arizona Iced Tea) is a U.S. company that produces canned and bottled soft drinks, including iced tea, lemonade and energy drinks. Its first product was AriZona Green Tea that came out in 1992 when the company was founded in Brooklyn, New York City by John Ferolito and Domenick Vultaggio. The company's share in the U.S. ready-to-drink-tea market was 37.4% (by volume) in 2013. According to the official website's FAQ section, the company is currently based in Woodbury, Nassau County, New York, but the website's "Contact Us" page shows a Cincinnati, Ohio address (both as of 2014). Secondary sources differ in terms of whether the company's headquarters is in Ohio or in New York. A dispute between the two founders is being litigated at the New York State Supreme Court in Nassau County over the value of the company; the company is worth at least $3 billion according to one side, but less than $500 million according to the other side.
