History

The auxiliary ship Alliance (A 5345) is a NATOResearch vessel which carries out its activity for the Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation. On April 1988 the ship was delivered to SACLANTCEN Undersea Research Centre then renamed NATO Underwater Reserch Centre. Since March 21, 2016 the ship is operated by Marina Militare personell.
