  • ALI CAT was chartered by Caledonian MacBrayne from Red Funnel Line, who in turn chartered her from her owners, Solent & Wightline Cruises. She entered service on Monday 21 October 2002 having arrived on the Clyde on Sunday 13 October. In 2011 she was purchased as one of two vessels operated by Caledonian Macbrayne's subsidiary Argyll Ferries and repainted in their livery. In January 2019 the subsidiary was incorporated into CalMac's ferry services contract, in November 2019 Ali Cat was repainted in CalMac livery.
