Arthur Rudolph Wagschal (born Hamburg, 28 April 1889) was a German merchant and photographer, who lived in Hotel des Indes in Batavia (Jakarta) for several years and organised an exhibition of Indonesian artefacts in this hotel in 1919. He is mentioned in newspaper De Indiër d.d. 2 March 1918 and Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië, d.d. 14 June 1919. Some of his photographs can be found in the book Potret Pendoedoek di Djawa Tempo Doeloe.
