The former 28th Precinct station house of the New York Police Department, at 177-179 East 104th Street between Lexington and Third Avenues in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1892-93 and was designed by Nathaniel D. Bush. Since 1981 it has been the Hope Community Hall of Hope Community, Inc, a non-profit housing organization. (Source: Guide to NYC Landmarks (4th ed.))
