  • A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in dimension overall, consisting of a shield blazoned as follows: Azure, three piles conjoined issuant from base Brün, edged Or surmounted by a lamp of knowledge of the like, enflamed Proper; a chief gyronny of nine Gules and Or. Attached below a Blue scroll inscribed “SPECIAL TRUST CONFIDENCE” in Gold.
