Goodies, tips, and tricks Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities. You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads. Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Micky-adriaansens-4.jpg

Hi Zweedeend, do you have permission to upload File:Micky-adriaansens-4.jpg to Wikipedia? I could not find a suitable license on the website. Dajasj (talk) 10:16, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

The source website says:

Central government expressly reserves all rights to the photographs in this section. The photographs may however be downloaded and used for editorial purposes by news media, for display in public places, for private use and for educational purposes. Zweedeend (talk) 10:49, 18 January 2022 (UTC)

Unfortunately, this implicitly excludes use for commercial purposes. Commons requires that it also should be available for commercial purposes (we exclude the non-commercial Creative Commons license). So unfortunately this text is not sufficient for Wikipedia. I requested speedy deletion because it does not meet the license requirements. You could try to mail the Dutch government for a suitable license, but given the popularity of these images I believe it is better to remove the image for now. Dajasj (talk) 14:06, 18 January 2022 (UTC)
