Thanks for uploading Image:Yohann_Gozard_(pauses)_2.jpg. I notice the image page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikimedia Commons (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page. If the content is a derivative of a copyrighted work, you need to supply the names and a licence of the original authors as well.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{self|cc-by-sa-2.5}} to release it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. license-change

Hi Yohann GOZARD, while I can understand your anger about people, who re-use your images without meeting the license-terms, you cannot change the license of your uploads to Commons to a non-compatible version, as CC-licenses are considered non-revokable. You can request such re-users to either fulfil the license-terms or to cease the use of your image. Depending on the legislation, where your live or where the infringement has happened, you may even sue them for copyright-infringement, as not meeting the license-terms makes the license void (at least for versions before 4.0). All contributors of freely-license images are faced with this problem. --Túrelio (talk) 10:33, 15 August 2022 (UTC)

Bonjour Túrelio et merci pour vos deux messages.

Tout d'abord je dois vous dire que je sais que je peux demander à la presse de ne pas utiliser des images sans mon nom, mais il n'y a pas grand chose à faire quand c'est déjà publié ! Avec quelle logistique ou quel personnel surveiller tout ça ? Certes, il est également possible de demander des dommages en justice mais dans les faits ce n'est pas possible car les frais d'avocats sont plus élevés que le préjudice causés, même si ce préjudice n'est pas négligeable du tout. Il est également possible de faire appel au soutien d'associations d'auteurs, mais en toute logique elles ne soutiennent pas les images qui se disent libres de droits !

Même si je n'ai versé que 3 images sur Wikimedia, je voudrais à l'avenir que ces images soient en libre diffusion mais ni modifiable ni d'usage commercial libre : j'avais mis en ligne ces images pour qu'elles servent d'illustration et d'image informatives, pas de produits mercantiles libres.

Si aucune solution n'existe pour restreindre l'usage de ces images dans un cadre tel que la CC-BY-NC-ND ou équivalent, alors je demanderai la suppression de ces images s'il vous plait.

J'ajoute que les métadonnées qui se sont affichées automatiquement dans les informations du fichier ne se présentent pas correctement ni comme je le désirais (il manque des informations, et notamment des espaces et les première lettres de mon prénom !). Je ne suis pas habitué à l'usage de Wikimédia mais si j'en viens à nouveau à télécharger à nouveau des images je voudrais le faire différemment, et pouvoir mieux choisir mes conditions si c'est possible.

Pour finir, merci pour l'indication concernant mon site : effectivement, avec les vacances d'été, je ne m'en étais pas rendu compte et l'hébergement était à renouveler à partir du 14 août... Il va falloir que je vérifie...
