Hello YUKI TANAKA0722.

You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful.

This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions.

File:Logo bi.png has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Hello YUKI TANAKA0722, the following content you uploaded violates one or more of our policies and therefore has been or will soon be deleted:

File:加賀事業所.jpg

The Wikimedia Commons (this website) only hosts media files with a realistic educational purpose and that can be used for any purpose, including:
  • use in any work, regardless of content
  • creation of derivative works
  • commercial use
  • free distribution

See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons, and Commons:Image casebook for some specific examples. Some other Wikimedia projects have different licensing policies. For example, the English Wikipedia allows fair use of sounds and photographs. This is not the case on Wikimedia Commons; "fair use" materials are not acceptable here.

Please make sure that you only upload educational content you have created yourself, those which are out of copyright, or those for which you have the required permission for the work to be used in all the ways described above. Please note that derivative works of copyrighted material are also considered copyrighted. Again, please read through Commons:Licensing, which is quite crucial, to understanding how Wikimedia Commons works. Thanks for your contribution, and please do leave me a message if you have further questions.

Yours sincerely, —‍Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 18:40, 16 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Warning sign
This media was probably deleted.
Thanks for uploading File:内田鐡衛.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.

Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own).

The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:内田鐡衛.jpg]]) and the above demanded information in your request.

Pay attention to licensing
Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content: images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose.

File:メディカル.png seems to be free (or it would be proposed for deletion), but it was identified as having a wrong license. Usually, it is because a public domain image is tagged with a free license, or because the stated source or other information is not sufficient to prove the selected tag is correct. Please verify that you applied the correct license tag for this file.

If you believe this file has the correct license, please explain why on the file discussion page.

Pay attention to copyright
File:アリス・マーガトロイド.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Blocked

[edit]
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for persistently uploading media that is in violation of Commons' licensing policy, despite our warnings not to do so, and despite our instructions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may add {{unblock|your reason here}} below this message explaining clearly why you should be unblocked. See block log.

I have been blocked indefinitely, which I admit, as I seem to have committed a reasonable amount of guilt about it.
I just want to know how long the indefinite period is, one month or two months, that's all. YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 23:52, 5 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Indefinite means forever, unless you can file a successful unblock request, otherwise it won't be unblocked automatically. Lemonaka (talk) 00:09, 6 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It is extremely difficult to make an unblock request on this page, which is full of English. YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 00:29, 6 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
You could make an unblock request in Japanese, then maybe some sysops who know Japanese may review it. Lemonaka (talk) 00:30, 6 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Unblock request declined

This blocked user asked to be unblocked, but one or more administrators has reviewed and declined this request. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked. Other administrators can also review this block, but should not override the decision without discussion.

Request reason: "I didn't know what Wikicommons was and what could get me blocked indefinitely.
I only found out about my transgression when I was blocked indefinitely.
I don't ask you to unblock me immediately, even if it takes six months. Please don't block me permanently, I sincerely beg you. YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 00:43, 6 November 2022 (UTC)"[reply]
Decline reason: "This is not genuine; for example:
  1. You used the UploadWizard, the very first page of which is a giant infographic (including in Japanese) that says "By default, you can't upload someone else's work. This includes material such as [...] most pictures published on the Internet [and] drawings of characters from TV, comics, or movies — even if you drew them";
  2. Further, in the UploadWizard, the very first question after selecting a file is the binary "This file is my own work" and "This file is not my own work". No experience or "know[ing] what Wikicommons was" is necessary to answer this question truthfully, and you managed to get it wrong (lie) more than twenty times (!!!);
  3. The phrases "everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here" (bold in original) and "Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing" (bold in original) appeared ten times above (!!!), in addition to other warnings and a previous block. All of these notices have clear links to Japanese language versions; and
  4. You knew about these notices ("I only found out about my transgression when I was blocked indefinitely" is absolute nonsense) because you replied to many, including with "Sorry, I will never upload any copyrighted images in the future" [1]; "I will never infringe on copyrights again, I swear" [2]; and "I apologise from the bottom of my heart and will not repeat the same mistake again" [3].
COM:BP requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue, not empty begging and apologies. Neither of the former are on offer here. Note also that credibility would include explaining why you've ignored the numerous guidance and warnings and made repeated untruthful representations in this unblock request and in the cited promised--verily, you've made no effort whatsoever in the nearly sixteen months since your first warnings to seek clarification or assistance. This is not their first rodeo, but a pattern, see Commons:Administrators' noticeboard/Blocks and protections#User:YUKI TANAKA0722.
I don't object to an unblock, even right now, if Yuki understands how to tell whether something they'd like to upload is a copyright violation, but due to the evident language barrier I don't think this can be done in English. Yasu, you speak Japanese, would you be willing to help? —‍Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 02:32, 6 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
For example, if you are an avid fan of a certain character, it is quite possible for an ignorant young person to upload images of that character down the road.
We thought we should make the definition a bit clearer. Of course! I am vehemently sorry and I acknowledge the fact that I have committed a crime. YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 02:50, 6 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 12:50, 7 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I think this disapproval is justified, because it was only a few days ago that I was blocked indefinitely.
Now is a cooling down period and a time for reflection.
However, I believe that indefinite imprisonment does not mean We are in jail for the rest of my life, in the same way, I believe that indefinite blocking does not last for the rest of my life. YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 17:09, 8 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yasu (talk) 15:04, 12 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 15:53, 12 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yasu (talk) 14:58, 13 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yasu
YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 13:09, 14 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely on Commons for copyright violations, and you do the same on Japanese Wikipedia. Please stop this immediately. Otherwise, your behaviours may lead to a global lock. Lemonaka (talk) 13:08, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What you say is exactly right and it's clear that I'm totally at fault, and no matter how many times I apologise, it's unforgivable. Nevertheless, I apologise, and I am truly sorry.
From now on, I will change my mind, renew my feelings and try to live my life naked, and I would be more than happy if you would please be generous and watch over me.
Sincerely yours YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 13:17, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Ahh, let me see. The problem is not about apologise or something like that. Only saying I'm sorry could not make others trust you more, the solution of the problem is what to do next. I have translated and read what sysop Yasu said and wanted to share the same idea with you. Please take next steps carefully rather than say something like sorry, apology, etc. Lemonaka (talk) 13:23, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yasu will tell us the next steps, it will take him quite a while to tell us, but I believe he will.
In fact, I can only apologise to those who have been inconvenienced as long as I don't know what the next step is. I am very sorry for the damage and the unpleasantness caused. YUKI TANAKA0722 (talk) 13:32, 19 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
