Yes, I understand. Let me explain.

  • pictures are published in BIP, see CTP site - red-white logo of BIP
  • According to Polish Accessibility to public information Law Act of October 8, 2001
    • (Article 1, case 1) "Any information about public matters is public information in the meaning of this Law Act and must be published under conditions and in the way described in this Law Act"
    • (Article 6, case 1) Public information is accessible, especially about:
      • point 2, letter d) organs and persons functioning in them, and about their competences
    • (Article 7, case 1) Maintaining accessibility acts in the way of:

p.s. Yes, I am law student. :')

Ah, I see. I had removed the unknown-tags already. Sorry if I bothered. I would like similar laws in Germany, too. Greetings, Wischmob 20:43, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem. Always happy to use more complicated, legal english. :') And as for German law, I'll investigate that. :') Goodnight. :') Grzegorz Dąbrowski § 20:49, 29 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please remove your templates from my pictures!

[edit]

Would you please be so kind to remove your Copyright Violation templates from my pictures Alexander_Haig.jpg and Richard_von_Weizsäcker.jpg. I made these pictures myself. Here are the contact sheets to proof it: Image:Wischmob1.JPG Image:Wischmob2.JPG Image:Wischmob3.JPG

And please, be a bit less trigger happy next time around. I have never uploaded anything using an improper license claim, and neither will you see me do that in the future. --Thor NL 15:09, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I replied on Thol NL's talk page. Wischmob 23:35, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
