Yitzik Ben-Melech
[edit]Yitzhak Ben Melem (born February 4, 1953) he is a former Israeli athlete and coach. Served as a national and Olympic athletics coach for 8 years. Founder and director of the Achievement Sports Unit in Israel, director of the Medical Medicine and Methodology Unit and director of the School for Certification of Coaches and Instructors at the Fatah Academic College.

1971-1974 – Served in the IDF Artillery Corps
Has written books, and many articles and booklets on physical fitness, and training and competition theory in the sport sciences
Personal Life
[edit]Ben Melech is married to Noa, who was his apprentice [10], a former Israeli athletics champion and they have three children - Keren Liraz and Or. Grandfather of Yuval, Amir, Yarden and Yair.
