Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India

SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India Namaste! Vidyu44 Thankyou for showing interest in SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India. The SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India is a planned 38-day long campaign to translate the English-labelled SVG files into Indian languages for use on regional language Wikipedias. The campaign starts on 21st February 2019, marking "International Mother Language Day", and will continue till 31st March 2019. All the communities are invited to actively take part in this campaign. If you are interested in coordinating this Campaign for your community, you can sign-up yourself as a "Community organiser" for your language here. SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India: Feedback survey

Greetings,

Many thanks for participating in the SVG Translation Campaign 2019 in India. It had been quite a successful campaign—194 users from 19 Indic languages took part in the campaign for 38 days, and have created more than 2,500 SVG files, all of them having labels in native Indian languages. We would like to thank you again for translating SVG files as a part of this campaign, your contributions have given thousands of people the knowledge that they need the most. The campaign invites participants to document photographs, videos, and audios linked to folk culture and fit within the contest's theme. Through this campaign, you may become a part of a community dedicated to preserving our intangible culture, which has been brought and passed down for thousands of years.

How can I Contribute?

The dates for the submission in the photography contest on Wikimedia Commons are from 1 February 2024 through 31 March 2024. Probably you are wondering how you can take part.
