User talk:Vaskk
Our first steps help file and our FAQ will help you a lot after registration. They explain how to customize the interface (for example the language), how to upload files and our basic licensing policy. You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold contributing here and assume good faith for the intentions of others. This is a wiki ‒ it is really easy. More information is available at the Community Portal. You may ask questions at the Help desk, Village Pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (direct access). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at Commons talk:Licensing. |

Image Tagging Image:Escudo de Zarauz.png
[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:Escudo de Zarauz.png. This image is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or send an email with copy of a written permission to OTRS (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org).
Unless the permission information is given, the image may be speedy deleted after seven days. Thank you. Sdrtirs (talk) 15:08, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- Without an email from the source that gives you permission to upload this image, it will be deleted!--Sdrtirs (talk) 15:12, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
- Still the permission written in Wikipedia, it has to go trough Commons:OTRS to store the permission.--Sdrtirs (talk) 15:15, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
Please experiment in the sandbox
[edit]
Thanks for experimenting with the Commons. Your test worked, and has been reverted or removed; please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Feel free to visit the community portal if you would like to learn more about contributing. Thank you! Sdrtirs (talk) 15:10, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
Please remain calm and collegial
[edit]
It is important to keep a cool head, especially when responding to comments against you or your edits. Personal attacks and disruptive comments only escalate a situation; please keep calm and remember that action can be taken against other parties if necessary. Attacking another user back can only satisfy trolls or anger contributors and leads to general bad feeling. Please try to remain civil with your comments. Thanks! Sdrtirs (talk) 15:28, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
Let me explain
[edit]First, please forgive me for speaking in English, although I understand Spanish, but I can't write well in Spanish. Second, I'm not saying that you don't have permission. You shown a written permission in Wikipedia and I believe in you, but still has to go through this process like others permission similar to this case. For example, the permission gave by Luke Ford is in Wikipedia at en:User:Tabercil/Luke Ford permission and still had to go through Commons:OTRS. The permission gave by him originated this template {{CC-LukeFord}}. Don't think I'm fighting with you, but this is something that has to be done. Sorry if I was rude to you! Regards, Sdrtirs (talk) 15:45, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
Vandalisme
[edit]Hallo, redirecting existing categories to new ones is considered on Commons as an act as vandalisme. There are Commons procedures to obtain a name change that suits the community. If you continue to do that or to empty galleries or pimages, we will have to take measures. --Foroa (talk) 16:05, 31 August 2008 (UTC)
