I don't know what should I say? That is me and I am requesting to delete some photos that are violating copyright rules, what seems to be the problem with that? I did not nominate let's say these photos + + + + cause they do not violate copyright rule, or maybe they do? At this point I am not certain at all. I was about to wait to be unblocked and nominate the photos with my own account but then I thought maybe that would get me blocked another time for another reason and that is something that I do not need at all, so I decided to do it using my IP address. Anyways IP address or username all these photos (and a few others that will be nominated shortly) are violating copyrights, so is there a problem with nominating these photos for deletion?--Vathlu (talk) 19:33, 14 February 2018 (UTC)

Hi Vathlu, while you are blocked you must not edit using another account or by operating as IP. This is called sock puppetry and is a blockable offense when used to circumvent a block, see Commons:Blocking policy, Abusing multiple accounts. I would very much like to talk with you about possible problems with your uploads and see what can be kept and what not. But you should do this openly with your account and not try to deceive us. Well... then block me again, I guess? I am pretty sure almost nothing can be kept and all the photos that have been nominated for deletion MUST be deleted cause they are definitely violating copyright. Hi Vathlu, you have been blocked by Krd for your disruption using the IP while being blocked. The block is indefinite, i.e. apparently Krd does not want to have you unblocked before we can agree how to move forward and find trust that this will work.

From what I can see, you contributed photographs from Iran, a country with an extremely rich heritage. This is very much appreciated. To upload public domain material where the proof for its copyright status is missing is no real problem, this can be handled. If photos have been uploaded where we have a problem with missing freedom of panorama – this can be handled as well. Simply, follow the advise which is given, be collegial and cooperative, and ask when questions remain – we are all learning here at Commons from others. This is a collaborative project which profits from the diversity of its contributors. But we have a problem when files are re-uploaded out of process (as if we would not notice that) or when you try to circumvent a block by working as IP. This leaves a mess and let us wonder if we can assume good faith. This is the problem we have with you right now. How do you want to move forward? If you still think that I will be adding more materials to this place or even helping you with licensing the remaining files, after how I have been treated by administrators, you are wrong. I want to be unblocked so I can decide about some of the files that are left here, then I want to delete my user page, this is not what I had in mind, but it is close enough, then I will be gone from this place for good and will let you keep on doing your great administration job which is a fine example of how to handle situations like this on the internet.

Besides the filename which refers to the Bazaar of Tabriz you did not provide any information about exactly where this photo was taken and what exactly was photographed. Thank you for deleting my page, as I said I really don't care anymore if I am blocked or not so I am not going to request anything from anyone. About Bazaar of Tabriz, it was built during Zand Dyanasty (1751-1794) and a restoration project started in 2000, that even won an Aqa Khan prize in 2013. As you can clearly see in the photo the structure is very new and not 250 years old. That previous photo and this one are from Mozaffarieh alley inside bazaar of Tabriz. This bazaar is a national Iranian registered site and is a property of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Iran and needs their permission. The architecture of this tomb is Houshang Seyhoun who passed away in 2014, so the file must be deleted. Houshang Seyhoon was the architecture of Khayyam's tomb as well, so these files must be deleted: + + Azadi sport complex was designed by Abdol-Aziz Mirza Farmanfarmaian whom passed away in 2013, so all the photos must be deleted, even the lake is artificial so it must be deleted as well: + + + + + + + + + +. Please delete these photos, a lot more photos must be deleted.

P.S.: I was not aware of freedom of panorama rule until February 13th when on Persian wikipedia a user tried to explain it to me, where he gave me the legal reason to delete my photos (hopefully). And about PD photos I did not know I should cite everything, I uploaded this photo and since I was not sure about its license, I requested its deletion and seeing the file was kept I assumed that license is okay.
