Please note that only the legitimate copyright holder may issue a licence to a copyrighted work, so licence specified by the Flickr uploader is not valid. —LX (talk, contribs) 13:31, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
- This also applies to Image:Christina Milian Be Cool.jpg. —LX (talk, contribs) 13:32, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
- I added all those images, and now they have been deleted. I had no idea they violated whatever. How would I know if the flickr user is lying or not? Uploadless 13:34, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
- Please respect my request to keep discussions where they started, as this makes conversations easier to follow. I am watching this page, so I will see responses made here.
- Just use common sense. If it looks like a screenshot from a film or a television series, ask yourself whether it seems likely that the uploader is really a legal representative of the studio that produced it. Looking at the uploader's other files usually helps too. —LX (talk, contribs) 13:40, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
- OK, thanks. But geez, why are you so uptight. I didn't realise about your "request to keep discussions where they started." You could have just told me without acting all superior. That is really rude. I just wanted upload some pictures for Wikipedia. And the whole "just use common sense" thing is even ruder. Are you calling me stupid? You know you really upset me. :-( Uploadless 13:44, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
- Sorry if I upset you, but I don't see how any of what I wrote is "uptight" or rude. I'm not calling you stupid. (There wouldn't be much sense in asking you to use common sense if I didn't think you had any, right?)
- Actually I'm sorry. I just like to act all psycho on the net....I don't know why...and I realise that you were just doing you're job. I was expecting you to lash out at me, but seeing you as the nice editor you are, you said "sorry", though I'm pretty sure you didn't mean it. Anyways I guess I'm just frustrated by the fact that I can't upload a picture without it getting deleted. Sorry if I came across as some loon... Uploadless 14:01, 23 February 2008 (UTC)
