Did you really take that picture? It looks more like a newspaper scan ... If you did, it would be good to add the date when the picture was taken. If you didn't, I'm afraid, the copyright might still lie with the photographer (or his / her heirs). --rimshottalk 20:06, 6 April 2015 (UTC)
I did not take the picture , however Frank is my great grand uncle and the picture is the property of my Family. The Image is of a scan, however not from the newspaper but his funeral mass card.--Twilki_iretalk
