- This is a valuable file, so if you own the copyright or you have permission from the copyright holder, please provide a clarification so we can keep it for the benefit of all Wikimedia projects using it. Thank you! Belteshassar (talk) 15:18, 5 October 2021 (UTC)
- Hey! Appreciate your response. If you didn’t take the photo yourself you need to email Volunteer Response Team with permission from the photographer. This also works if you do not wish to disclose your identity publicly. If you took the photo yourself, it’s probably enough to say that you are Lorenza Parisi. A public message from a social media account or similar channel could dispel all doubt, but I don’t know if that is strictly necessary. Cheers! Belteshassar (talk) 16:34, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
hi Belteshassar I think that the send an email to email Volunteer Response Team is the best position. Lorenza Parisi is my sister. How can I do that?
- Hi! Big thanks for taking the time to do this! Essentially you can email the permission to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. The page I linked above should have all the details, but most important is that Lorenza states that she agrees to release the file under the license you specified. It is not enough to state she agrees to release it on Wikimedia Commons. Don’t hesitate to ask again if you have further questions. Belteshassar (talk) 16:49, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
- Forgot to mention, once you have sent the email, you should add the code
{{subst:OP}}
to the file page. Or if you let me know here I can update on all the relevant places with a reference to your note. Cheers! Belteshassar (talk) 09:14, 10 October 2021 (UTC)

hi Belteshassar my sister just send an email to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. I'm just confused about the {{subst:OP}}
where I can found it? — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 93.35.190.75 (talk) 10:29, 11 October 2021 (UTC)
- Looks like it has been accepted already. Don’t need to do anything more. I’m very happy we get to keep the photo so cheers to both of you! Belteshassar (talk) 19:51, 11 October 2021 (UTC)
