Hello Textbook, your maps are great and welcome here. Please note that our categories are not just keywords/tags, but can be very specialized. Here on commons we have Maps on all kind of topics, and now by the hundreds of thousands (and also quite a lot of "spezies" images, from both flora and fauna), so could you please categorize your maps by "<scientific name of species>" and by "<family/ordo> distribution maps". A correctly categorized map may be sorted like this, and with that, we can group all thematically similar pictures in the same place. Not every species has such an exact subcategory, but maybe use Category:Mammal distribution maps or Category:Bird distribution maps as your starting point, instead of just Category:Unidentified maps. Thanks, and a wonderful day to you! Enyavar (talk) 08:01, 4 July 2022 (UTC)
- Hello Enyavar, thank you for your kind words and feedback and thank you for making the updates to the existing maps, that was nice of you! I didn't realise the function of the categories, this makes a lot of sense, I will be more specific with tagging. Thanks again and have a great day! Textbook Travel (talk) 17:17, 4 July 2022 (UTC)
