Tariku Mantaf Adaye was born in southern Ethiopia, Kembata Tembaro zone, Tembaro woreda at Mudula Town in 1983 E.C When he reached to school entry age, he learnt first grade by entering mudula primary school from grade level 1-------4 and saruma primary school from grade level 5………….8 in mudula town.

       He scored high grade at grade eight reginal school examination and he joined to next education level and started his secondary education at mudula secondary and preparatory school.  At grade 10 and 12 national examination he was one of the students with high grades and great distinction student at that time, then he got a chance to learn at Hawassa university school of electrical and computer engineering then he got his first degree in electrical and computer engineering from Hawassa university Institute of Technology, School of Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2015. Since 2016 he has been a member of the electronics defense and operation wing Staff at the information Network Security Administration (INSA), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
