How do you mark a derivative work? I checked the box on the upload wizard saying that it was work made by me which is based upon work by another that is licensed under a free software license, and it didn't ask any other questions. The original logo was made for/by Mozilla, but I made the vectorization (I can provide the original Inkscape SVG if necessary). Since the original work was licensed under the Mozilla triple license, can I not release my derivative work under a compatible license? If I need to add an additional acknowledgement, do let me know. I responded to your message on IRC but since you've also responded here, I will reply too. Yeah, I took the speedy deletion tag away after noticing it was indeed a derivative work of a freely licensed artwork. However, now that you've contacted me, would like you to add more information to the file, including for example, that the original author is Mozilla or whoever did design the logo if that is known. Claiming others' work as "own work" (even though it seems like you did vectorize the logo) is a red flag, so please make sure next time to give proper atribution!
