File:Kastani 3 TARTU.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Did you take the photos?
[edit]If yes, no problem! If not, you need the permission of the photographer. -- Robert Weemeyer (talk) 13:30, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, I did, but I don't want my personal information to be published. I'm newbie, learning from mistakes... Sorry for making so much noise! Sunshi79 (talk) 13:48, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
Have a look at Commons:EXIF! It's not difficult to remove your real life name from the EXIF data. If you're a Windows XP user, the easiest way is to right-click on the file, select "properties", and then "details". Then you can remove your name or fill in "Commons:User:Sunshi79" or something similar instead. -- Robert Weemeyer (talk) 14:20, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
By the way: Don't worry about making some noise. You're a newbie, you're totally allowed to. :) -- Robert Weemeyer (talk) 14:21, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you for deleting the EXIF data, but I would prefer to delete the files. I don't think it's necessary to keep the older versions and to make a reference to this discussion. Too much additional information for a simple image file! I can upload the corrected files again. I already read the Commons:EXIF AFTER I had uploaded the images and learnt my lesson :s -- Sunshi79 (talk) 19:07, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
Hi Sunshi79, and welcome to Commons. I have gone ahead and deleted the old versions of the photos which you uploaded, and have kept only the last version without the exif data. While I am here on your talk page, I noticed that you are in Tartu. If you refer to User:Russavia/Required_photos#Tartu I am requiring photos of the Russian consulate in Tartu. Is there any possibility you might be able to assist with that? Cheers, russavia (talk) 17:03, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
- Thank you, Russavia! Now everything's ok :) Concerning photographing the Russian consulate in Tartu - I see what I can do and will let you know. -- Sunshi79 (talk) 06:30, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
