There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful information about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

This message was added automatically by Nikbot, if you need some help about it please read the text above again and follow the links in it, if you still need help ask at the ? Commons:Help desk in any language you like to use. --Nikbot 06:20, 16 December 2011 (UTC)

File:Flag of Denmark.svg

[edit]

Please do not continue changing File:Flag of Denmark.svg. You are not simply enlarging it - you are stretching and distorting the image. The file dimensions 370x280, or a ratio of ~1.32, while your replacement has dimensions of 1600x1000 - a ratio of 1.6. The flag size proportions are strictly defined; your version creates an incorrect flag. This file is very widely used on more than 150 000 pages which will all show an incorrect flag if you upload an incorrect version.

Vector files can be resized without loss in quality:

[[File:Flag of Denmark.svg|500px]]

Hey, that image is very small. So I reverted it.--SouthSudan (talk) 03:40, 23 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
No, all of your changes have been incorrect. An SVG file can be displayed losslessly in any size required -- there is no such thing as a "very small" SVG file. Please stop making such changes. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing on Commons. If you have questions, you may ask them at the Village Pump in any of 42 languages or on my talk page. I will also watch for questions here on your talk page for at least a week.      Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 16:42, 24 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please remain calm and collegial

It is important to keep a cool head, especially when responding to comments against you or your edits. Personal attacks and disruptive comments only escalate a situation; please keep calm and remember that action can be taken against other parties if necessary. Please try to remain civil with your comments. Thanks!

Hi SouthSudan, your threat against User:OAlexander is not acceptable. I wonder especially why you target him, when many other users have reverted your uploads of size-increased SVG images. I would recommend you 1) to apologize to User:OAlexander and 2) to study the logic of SVG images (Help:SVG). --Túrelio (talk) 13:49, 24 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
