The Ford project would benefit from all the measures that are listed.
Of primary use are the pageviews. Next, file usage. Referer is also v important.
What would be incredibly useful is to present these metrics in a simple easy to understand one-stop dashboard. Assume that the person at a GLAM-participating institution might have (one of) the highest functioning tech skill set(s) for that institution, and understand that the metrics reported back to the institution have to be simple, VISUAL, digestible.
