Dear Slaunger,

I really like your picture of the Windfarm in Öresund! I would like to talk to you about the usage of your picture in print for a short piece about the renewable energy project in Samsö. Is it possible to use it worldwide, are there any restrictions?

Thanks for your interest! I like it as well (unsurprisingly!) It is seldom to have no wind and glossy sea at the location of a wind farm:-) It is certainly possible to use it world wide. For instance use the CC-BY-SA license, which is stated on the file page. You can use it as is as long as you give attribution (Kim Hansen), state the license (CC-BY-SA) and link to the original file page here on Commons. If having the attribution next to the image, linking to the file page or other aspects of the standard licensing conditions are not suitable for your needs. Or if you need to modify the photo (besides a simple crop), please contact me via the "Email this user" function. I am very positive regarding the use of my photo in a renewable energy context for Samsø, and I am sure we can find a solution which are mutually acceptable.
