You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? the boundary between Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir

Your location map of Gilgit-Baltistan, in the first link below, shows a different boundary between Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir than is shown on the other Wikimedia Commons Gilgit-Baltistan location map in the second link below. Your map appears to be more up-to-date, in that it shows the area in which the villages of Kamri, Minimarg, and Domel are located as being part of Gilgit-Baltistan rather than part of Azad Kashmir. Could you tell me what your source was for that particular Gilgit-Baltistan-Azad Kashmir boundary that you show on your map? Also, will you be updating your map anytime soon to show the current 14 districts in Gilgit-Baltistan instead of the previous 10?
